MLK Training Weekend - Day 1

The traditional Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend kick-off to Massanutten 100 training, with two long training runs on the course. Saturday's run is the roughly 50km section of the MMT 100 course along the western ridge of the Massanuttens, starting at the Lutheran Camp that is the race start to Signal Knob. Sunday's run will be the traditional "Gap to Gap" run.

More details will be emailed to participants after the first of the year, including a description of the required items and a shopping list of the modest food & drink provided at the two (Edinburg Gap & Woodstock Fire Tower) aid stations.
