MLK Training Weekend - Day 2

The traditional Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend kick-off to Massanutten 100 training, with two long training runs on the course. On Day 2, the run is on the "Gap-to-Gap" section of the MMT 100 course. This run is not limited to just MMT 100 entrants, since the field has a higher limit than the other Massanutten Training Academy runs (we are allowed to have up to 75 runners on the course). Hosted by Mike Bur and Quatro Hubbard.

This year's run will start and finish at Route 211 East parking lot instead of Gap Creek due to early Forest Service road closure.
