Women's Half Marathon Training Run

Meeting Place: Parking lot at Fountainhead Regional Park

8:30 am

All interested runners, whether or not they are entered in the race, and menare invited. It is possible to run varying distances: 6, 8, 10, 13 miles or longer. The practice runs are very informal and the pace is relaxed. Light refreshments will be served.Sign up here if you are interested in doing one or both of the practice runs, either to check out the course or to volunteer.
